1. Who we are
The Cowculator service is provided by FOP Babmyndra Oleksandr Oleksandrovych. Address: Slyvyne, Tsentralna St., 53. Official website: https://cowculator.app.

2. Definitions
- Client — a legal entity or individual who creates an account and uses the service to build calculators/forms.
- End‑users — individuals interacting with the Client’s public calculators.
- Public calculators — widgets/pages published by the Client to collect submissions and/or provide estimates.
3. Account
The Client is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms, applicable law, or security requirements are violated.
4. Plans, payments & taxes
Plans, limits, and prices are described on the website. Payments are processed via Stripe in EUR. Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Taxes (including VAT/sales tax) may apply additionally. You agree to receive electronic invoices/receipts.
Trial period. The trial lasts 14 days. For transparency, after the trial ends your subscription will NOT automatically convert to a paid plan. You can extend the plan you used during the trial or choose another one in the “Subscription” section of your account.
Refunds. Unless required by law otherwise, refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the charge. Pro‑rated refunds for partially used periods are typically not provided.
5. Acceptable use
We may apply technical limits (views, form submissions, AI requests, etc.). Prohibited: illegal content, spam, malicious code, intellectual‑property violations, discriminatory content, collection of children’s data, security circumvention, DDoS, and other abuses. 6. Public calculators & content
The Client is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of content, formulas, and calculation results in their calculators, and for providing end‑users with appropriate notices and a link to the Client’s privacy policy. For Client‑uploaded content, all Client rights are preserved; a non‑exclusive license is granted for technical reproduction/distribution solely to operate the service.
7. AI features
When using AI features (e.g., calculator/content generation), you agree to transmit necessary data to our AI providers and to verify results before use. Using AI to create unlawful or deceptive content is prohibited. Details — in the AUP: https://cowculator.app/aup.
8. Third‑party services
The service may integrate third‑party services (Stripe, Supabase, Cloudflare, SMTP, Telegram, etc.). Use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies; we do not control their operation.
9. Privacy & DPA
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If you collect personal data via public calculators, we act as the processor and you as the controller.
DPA (Data Processing Addendum). The DPA is integral to these Terms and is available at https://cowculator.app/dpa. By accepting these Terms when creating an account or by continuing to use the service, you enter into the DPA with FOP Babmyndra O.O. Controller details (name, address, privacy‑URL, contact) are taken from the organization profile and constitute Appendix 1 to the DPA; we keep a snapshot of these details at acceptance.

10. Intellectual property infringement
If you believe content in a calculator infringes your rights, send a notice with the content URL, description of the infringement, your contact details, and a good‑faith statement to: sec@cowculator.app. We will review your request promptly.
11. Warranties & disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of merchantability/fitness/ error‑free operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to the Client for claims arising out of these Terms or the use of the service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
13. Termination & deletion
The Client may cancel the subscription at any time in billing settings; access remains until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violations or service shutdown, with prior notice.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the updated version.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
Governed by the law of Ukraine. Competent court — the court of Mykolaiv. Mandatory consumer protections of your country may apply.
